her friends and family think this boy is too controlling ,he has even thrown eggs at her and her friends when he has been mad at her. she will not stop seeing him even when her parents have voiced there concerns about his behavior. Please tell what I sholud do?

C'mon. This is another big problem in society. Is she still living in your house? Don't voice your concern, you tell her what she can and cannot do. This isn't about being her friend, it is about having better judgement than her. He is 18....doesn't sound like he is in college. Perhaps she should get a job and start saving to go to college. She needs to focus on something else. You are the parent you need to tell her what to do. She will scream and yell, but too bad. This is not her decision at 16!

two choices, call the cops, it might be illegal for him to date because of her age, or let her date him. the more you say no, the more she wants him.
she will learn, it might take a black eye, but she will learn.

tell her it's illegal. Which it is. you cannot date anyone under 18 once you turn 18.

call the cops and have him charged with assault, throwing eggs at her and her friends is technically assault as well as abuse
