I don't know the artist or title. We are on the inside of a building looking down a long room with a high, vaulted ceiling. The architecture apears to be roman or greek with hundreds of paintings hung on the walls of other roman or greek buildings. There are men in the picture in togas considering some of the pictures. It is lighted by sunlight. I wish to purchase a print.

It sounds a bit like Giovanni Paolo Panini. He painted two works, An Imaginary Gallery of Ancient Rome, which I think is the one you're referring to (the image quality is pretty poor but I'm sure you can find a better one):
