I definitely think that's uncalled for. Kissing at such a young age isn't constructive for children at all. I believe you should just be a kid until you're old enough to go on dates and stuff. Yet, at the age 5, you shouldn't be kissing other people that isn't a part of your family. And people from Europe.. Your cultures are different, and in America, it is really odd. I don't think it's a terrible thing, but I do believe something needs to happen in order to alter her teacher's thoughts..

I see your point, but the fact is that 30-year-old woman, beautiful or not, is violating the boy's chance to grow up without those sorts of pressures and involvements. Let the kids be kids, for goodness sake! But as to treating them as the same under the law, I agree. There is a real difference between men and women, and this is one of the places where it shows.

Definitely.

I think we need to stand up and refuse to let this be allowed. It is disgusting and I can't believe we as a society are letting sexual predators get away with this kind of behavior.

It is very much a double standard. There is no way a man would have gotten off without jail time. Especially with the media hype.

there is always some instances that go unrecorded or get more of a hype than others.
But i dont think it is a big enough gap to be called a double standard.
Both ways are wrong and most people see it that way
