i know manhattan costs a crapload to live in but, what if im a single living in Queens making 80k dont you think ill be able to adjust?

you'll be fine in Queens..Astoria, Forest Hills are both nice areas to live in and about 30 min. subway ride into the city.

You should be able to afford rent, utilities and still enough $$ for savings.

In Astoria, Queens you can find a studio for ~$800 and a 1 bedroom for ~$1000.

You should be able to live comfortably in Queens with 80k.

In Queens yes. In Nassau County no.

you could live comfortably with your salary in queens the nice places in queens are alittle farther in queens and farther from the city but worth it. enjoy

well there are parts of queens were its very expensive and others are cheap like in the city!!

I dont think it would be too hard, but i always go for something new , so if yur like me then i think u should go for it dude.
