I have never seen this in a pup with roundworms, unless the load is so large that it the worms have reached the brain.Haven't you had the puppy wormed? It's very inexpensive;just get some Nemex from your vet ( you DO have a vet, don't you?.) If it's not the worms,it sounds like it could be distemper. You need to get it to a vet asap.

Not usually. You might be describing symptoms of toxoplasmosis, as caused by an infection of toxoplasma gondii. This is something we worm against (though it's actually a protozoa, not a worm). Roundworm of tapeworm infection usually presents as any or all of the following symptoms: vomiting, diarrhoea, excessive eating, bloated stomach, runty appearance.
Rather than sit around wondering, if you have or know of a dog exhibiting these signs, take them to a vet. All dogs should be wormed regularly, regardless of whether they appear to have worms or not, as a preventative measure. If you know a dog with walking and/or eye problems, it needs to see a vet.

ABSOLUTELY. The worms are basically eating all of the puppy's nutrients it needs in order to survive.

Just get him to the vet and dewormed.
Roundworms, or any major worm infestation can kill your pup.
Deworming is no big deal, do it.
