You may give your life to music, or to God. But in the end, you are always looking for something more. It is like you are in a room with a door, and beyond that door, is the truth about everything. I want to find this truth. It is like a part of me is missing. PLEASE HELP!

Sounds to me like you may have outgrown your church. Happens all the time, especially in the ones that kind of limit themselves to basic evangelism and don't do anything to help people grow in the Lord.

What you need is a spiritual growth program to help you get to that deeper level you want. There are many to choose from. The Benedictine Oblates are a good option, and it's open to people of any faith. Go to www.yanktonbenedictines.org and click on "B.O.O.C." to learn more.

The Holy Bible. There is no other greater Teacher than the Words of God and His Son Jesus Christ. But in the meantime:
Promise Yourself
*To be strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind
*To talk health, happines, and prosperity to every person you meet
*To make all your friends feel that there is something in them
*To look at the sunnyside of everything and make your optimism come true
*To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and expect only the best
*To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own
*To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future
*To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile
*To give so much time to improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others
*To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble

Same with me i might convert to Islam to find a truth but i always lose interest. And i get so mad and confuesed. You just got to keep searching and listening and watching until you find the truth and sometimes this is Fun and sometimes Hard you just got to fight!

Music didn't help. What you're missing is a relation with God

Dude, search, ask, find what works best! Noone can do it for you. You have to search for yourself with your own heart.

For me it was Jesus that did it. I strongly advice you to search for him (and I'm not talking about religion here, its about having a relation with God)

Search your heart and mind. Meditate. Perhaps you can give your life to music FOR God.

As long as you look for that truth outside of yourself you will never find anything more than confusion and fear.

why don't you give your life to God through music. that way everyone's happy. God likes musical worship, you like music, you wanna serve God. it's a win-win-win situation.

Honey, you want the answer to all life's mysteries and no one can give it to you. You need to find the answers yourself but, most of all, you need to stop freaking out about it.
