Ive got alot of stress in my life, so what I like to do is go to the gym. I walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes and run for another 10. Sometimes I walk longer if I am tired. For me crunches really work. Eating granola will fill your stomach up and also eating apples and bananas will help. You have to eat every hour. I do that and it works. I don't have any main meals. I simply eat every hour like a protein bar or a protein shake or an apple. It really works. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. For me that is really good. I don't excercise that much but I do when I can. If you aren't into running, you can lift weights which will increase your metabolism and muscle. It helps with weigh loss.

To start, you don't need to stop eating period. Everyone needs to eat. Every person is has nutritional needs specified to their body type. 2,000 calories is the typical intake for average, healthy adults. Figure out what you're calorie needs are online (Yahoo! -> Daily Calorie Needs), and reduce them, not drasticly, but by enough. For me personally, I get 1,200 calories a day. Another thing, don't eat junk food frequently. You don't need that 5th donut, or seconds of pasta. Don't overeat, it's so bad for your health as well as your weight. Try SlimFast. The cost kind of adds up, but it really works, as I've done it myself. If you go to www.slimfast.com, you can customize your own plan. There is also Nutrisystem Nourish, it is expensive ($250-$300), but it really does work. Also, keep a food journal and record your calorie intake every day. Ensure you get 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, and 3 servings of dairy, but low-fat dairy. I'm a vegetarian, so I can't tell you what to eat meat wise, considering I don't approve it. All this will help, but working out is key. I recommend Yoga, as it helps to reduce stress. As well as cardio, which is key to losing weight and increasing metabolism. I would recommend 30 mintes (treadmill, jogging, olyptical, etc) at least 4 times a week. Fluidity is a great piece of equipment to help build a womanly shape. You have to order it online or on the phone, it's not available in stores. It's expensive, but it's worth it. Good luck!

You need to have will power. If you want to tone your abs, try doing sit ups or crunches. Stretch, and then go running. Run! Do lots of cardio and lift weights. Muscle burns fat, so by getting more muscle, you're burning more fat. For the eating, go to the store and buy fruit and salads and fish like salmon. Drink only water and un sweetened iced tea, no soda. Just remember if you put your mind to it you'll look good in no time.

Can't stop eating? You have to find the reason why and make it disappear. You can chew when you're nervous or eat sweets when you're upset. what to do: walk around the table when you're nervous. About sweets - find something else what gives you pleasure to replace this habbit. It's hard, I know, but try to find out what makes you eat. When you eat more then you should and why? think about it. If you'll eat too much all the time you'll have to spend all your life doing exercises. Better control yourself.

check out sparkpeople.com or exercisetv.tv for ideas on how to firm up your trouble areas. if you are tempted to eat, try replacing your sugary snacks with fruits and veggies and use less salt on your food.

hope this helps.

walking and running are great ways to exercise without having to spend a lot of money.

try to eat more foods that are high in fiber. They will make you feel full for longer periods of time. ANd make sure you drink your 8 glasses of water a day.....no more then taht though becasue it can actually flush out healthy nutrients and vitamins out of your body.
