Uhhh, you don't
Theres a reason that they're called permanent.

EDIT: for the guy that said wrecking balm, it doesn't work.

Shame you didn't realise how dumb this was until AFTER you did it. What on earth posessed you to do that??

Wrecking balm doesn't work.

If it's healed, tough luck, all you can do is get it lasered off, which costs a lot of money and I've been told it's incredibly painful.

If it hasn't healed, I supposed you could try picking at it but it won't fully get rid of it. Chances are it'll just make it look ugly rather than helping it fade. You also increase the chance of infection by doing so and it will probably leave an ugly scar.

Dermablend concealer is pretty heavy duty, it's used to cover up birthmarks etc, you could try that. Either that or wear pants/socks/boots all the time. Or maybe a nice chunky ankle bracelet??

You could get a cover-up tattoo, done by a professional. It's probably not the best solution if your parents really don't want you to have a tattoo at all, but it'll look better than what you have right now.

Go to http://www.dermablend.com/ProductsBySkinCondition.aspx

Scroll down and it shows you which of their products to use for covering a tattoo and how to apply it. OK, so it's not completely free because you have to buy the products but it'll do the job.

Edit: This site has a before and after section to show how effective the product works. It actually has pictures of 2 different tattoo cover-ups. From what I can see from the after picture, you'd never know the tattoo was there. If you're unsure, check out that section.

It also has a store locator so you can find your nearest stockist.

you can't really remove it, unless you totally remove the skin it's on, you can figure out how to do that. If you do of course you'll have nice big scar instead. Check out special effects makeup, you might be able to find something to cover it.
Best advice yet: Leave it. When you're 18 get it covered up by something a little more professional. And keep this in mind, if the worst thing you can think of is having your parents pissed at you, then you don't have it so bad, so be thankful for that. Plus it makes a good story later and before you know it you'll be all grown up and all the teen drama just seems funny looking back.

there is a way to get rid of it, however, it will take 1- 3 weeks. because you did it yourself and it is not a complete tattoo, in time it will fade. in order to have a tattoo that will stay forever, the ink has to go past the epidermis and there has to be a certain amount of dots of ink in a certain spot. which is why tatoos begin to fade, because new skin cells are forming, but when you have a crappy tatoo the tatoo will fade away completely. so, in a couple weeks your tat will be completely gone. depending on how deep the needle was, the end result could be a scare, but like the tat, it will also fade in time. until then, wear socks and pants that will cover your ankles. ....and in the future dont get a tat unless u know you'll want it.....and by a professional.

If it has healed, there isn't much you can do about it. Sorry. Everyone has to pay the consequences for their behavior. You could try going to a parlor and seeing what they can do about it, but I'm not sure if there is any way they can fix it.

If it hasn't healed yet and the scab is still on, pull the scab off and scrape the ink out. That will get rid of some of it. You will probably always have a little bit of ink under the skin there, though. Even if it's just pieces.

Bad choice, though I trust you learned your lesson.

I don't think there is a safe way for you to remove a tattoo by yourself. The only way to get it removed is to have it professionally taken off.
Sorry!
