I have bin having a dream were i am pregnant and in my dream i can actully feel and see my belly it feels so real

i had the same dream about 5 years ago, in continuation...
now, i'm 29 weeks pregnant.
i'm not yet married but my partner and i live together. probably it means you'll be pregnant out of wedlock.... :(
