Martial Artists aren't always going to win. It all depends on the soldier's training. Plus I would never get into a hand-to hand combat situation, that's why I have high powered weapons, fighter jets, and helicopters.

The US soldier is trained in some hand to hand combat but they are also trained to avoid it so it would be likely it would never happen.

Not this soldier. I was raised in japan and trained in muay thai, jiu jitsu and some forms of kung fu. I have taught this to my soldiers as well, so actually not me or my soldiers.

Hm, why do human beings continuously tend to ask the "who could win" questions? that's fairly no longer uncomplicated, using fact the case varies from case to case. properly, pondering the kung fu martial artist is real and is acquainted along with his/her paintings properly, i could wager that the kung fu practitioner could win. Martial arts, if carried out extraordinary, can stay sparkling of bullets, take out weapons with a appropriate kick, and replace as a weapon. this question is extra of an opinionated one, so that's harder to get the "maximum appropriate" answer to.

I don't think that would be the primary concern. If these two nations fought, China's army vastly outnumbers the US's, and they are much more organized and disciplined. In hand to hand, the American would possibly be stronger, but as for more clever or more skilled? I'm inclined to say no, but who knows.
