Addicted to sunflower seeds and need help breaking the habit? Please?

I cant stop eating them even when answering questions my toung is so sor e its killing me I just love the salt and fidigiting with them

do you lke peanuts. well i used to get addicted to sunflower seeds so your not the only one. instead of eating the sunflower seeds i would eat the salty peanuts. it doesnt make your mouth as dry as when you eat the sunflower seeds. just make sure you drink some type of beverage with it. hope that helps break your addiction. it helped me.
