If this was my dog, I'd take him to the vet to get the baby teeth pulled. Not only doesn't it look good, but if they're crowding his permanent teeth, it could lead to problems alter in his life.

I would really have to see it to know for sure that these are in fact adult teeth growing next to baby teeth.
If they ARE - I would just take him to the vet, and they can pull the teeth under general anesthesia and all is done.
Quick and easy :)

It is common for small dogs to retain the baby teeth. They need to be removed however because they can cause the bite to be "off" and food gets stuck between the two teeth and can cause decay. This is a common precedure at spay/neuter. If you are not going to do that, you need to get them removed ASAP.

Take him to the vet before its too late, they will be able to remove the excess baby teeth and I would suggest at the same time get him spayed.

This happened to my corgi as well. My vet told me that I had to have them pulled which I elected to do while she was getting spayed. I would take him in and have the vet look at him.

I think a vet check is in order here. I wouldn't wait as there may be trouble brewing........
