Can you save Microsoft Outlook created folders to a disc or memory stick? If so, how?

You can copy the outlook.pst file to anywhere and this will take all your contacts, calendar, emails, folders, everything.

Here's where it is using Outlook 2003 and Win XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Otherwise look at using the archive feature.
