The Nazis didn't get away with it. Nor the Japanese.

And still, USA still lost.

Unless you can quote an 'in force' international law that prohibits a specific act then provide a verifiable reference to the US committing that act as a matter of policy - you are nothing more than a loudmouth moron who has no clue.

This is the most stupidest question ever.

If you had a brain then you will know that the US did not lose Vietnam. Our primary goal was to stop the spread of Communism in Asia. And we accomplished that goal.

And WW2 was way different. If Germany was allowed to keep persecuting the Jews and the US hadn't steeped in. Then France would probably be speaking German right now. If Japan hadn't been stoped they would have continued to kill thousands in the Philippines.

When a group, such as the terrorists, is not organized with a government, then how can laws apply? If a country is hosting terrorists, or worse, supporting them, then what laws are really enforceable. What laws were broken by 911? Was anyone going to arrest these criminals if not the US? Should any country, or person for that matter, be powerless to go after those that mean them harm? I know that if I suspected someone of plotting to hurt me or my family, that I would not wait for the to come to my home. I will go after them, wherever they are. The rest of the backboned citizens in this country know exactly what I am saying.

You do realize if the United States had lost WW2. Most of the leaders of our country would have been tried for war-crimes.

History is written by the winners.

As for breaking International Laws, we get away with a lot due to the fact we are the only remaining "SuperPower" left in the world. The UN and NATO without the United States would not be able to function as it does now. So we get "special" treatment seeing as we are the "enforcers" of most International Law.

Simply put : Who would stop us?

Which International laws are you referring to? Are you speaking of the UN?, The Hague?, the ICC? If you mean these organizations they were not in existence during WWII. Do you mean the Geneva Convention? And isn't international 'laws' of war an oxymoron?

And what international laws are you speaking of? Do not generalize, quote a specific international agreement.

BTW. Why is it when people complain of American atrocities in Vietnam, they ignore the mass graves in Hue City?

Your coming after America? Why don't you research Russia and China first. Oh yeah, that's because they killed so many people we don't know exactly how many they really killed. And we all know how the Vietnamese played by the rules right?
You have a problem if you compare us to the Nazis. Tell me, how many death camps do we have, huh?

To all the people who answered this question citing the question as stupid, or questioning if US violated any laws, I would urge them to read this small article first. And this is just the tip of the iceberg!

Blame Democrats and Republicans.

The Bush family is dishonest and so are the Kennedy clan.

Why can the US vote Libertarian or someone like H Ross Perot.
