If a gay person saved your or one of your familys lives, would they still be a evil person? or would it be better for you or your family member to die than be saved by such a person?
I ask after reading the remarks of an Imam in the Muslim religion about gay people-is it like Jehovahs witnesses whereby you are not allowed to have blood transfusions, etc?

This is a great question. Its a shame that most of the replies are such crap. They will all spread the same brainwashed shite about hating the sin, not the sinner.
The thing is religious people are the most intolerant, hypocritical bigots you will have the misfortune to meet, which in my eyes is a sin.
I think we should just be grateful for nice people who treat people on an individual basis. Sexuality, as with skin colour, eye colour, gender, is irrelevant.

For those in the "god" squad who preach about homosexuality bring wrong, remember that King James who translated a version of your "bible" was a raving homo. So, sort your own house out before judging others!

I'm not a Christian but as I remember it,

In Christianity there is no such thing as an evil person. God, is supposedly omnipresent, therefore is in everyone. To say a person is evil would be to acuse God of being evil.

Jesus forgave his own murderers, as an example of how his followers should behave. I don't think he could have given a clearer message.

If a gay person saved my life, or the life of a loved one, then I would thank that person, gay or not, and I would befriend them. You seem to be under the impression that christians HATE gay people. That's simply not true. Christians merely point out that homosexuality is a sin, because that's what the bible says. But they don't hate gay people.

When I was in hospital I had two gay male nurses, and they were wonderful one of them was a Spiritualist, and a nicer man you could not find.
I might add Hitler was known to put gays to death, now that is what I would call an A Pure Evil Man. Not someone who happened to be Gay and believed in his maker.

first off, I don't consider myself religious, and I don't hate gays. I am born again, and I hate the sin not the sinner.

to answer your question I do not see them as evil, but simply immoral. if a gay person saved my life I would express my thanks like I would anyone but still, homosexuality would be wrong. my attitude toward them would remain the same: they're in need of repentance, no matter how good or how immoral they are. that goes with anyone.

Lol, people see that the Bible says that Gay is wrong. But they LOVE to ignore the verses like --> Deuteronomy 23:1 ESV

"No one whose testicles are crushed or whose male organ is cut off shall enter the assembly of the Lord."
What about this verse??? Christians LOVE to pick and choose which parts of the bible they will follow. How about his one --> 1 Corinthians 14:34 "Women should be silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak, but should be submissive, as the law also says."
Why are we supposed to follow one rule.. but not the others??

All men who worship God must follow His teaching and in doing so we are unable to Judge others for it is written "Judge and you will be judged according to that same criteria". By judging others you are acknowledging that they are imperfect, there is only one that is perfect and therefore men have no right to judge... only the Good Shepherd.

To answer your question, if one was to save another - this is the greatest love of all and your heavenly Father will be pleased. Love is everything since this is why Jesus one and only command was for us to love others as He loved us.

No one is perfect but God still loves all.

God bless.

i do no longer think of maximum non secular ppl hate us, i think of the detest comes from the severe suitable wing denominations and stable previous boys. To my understanding maximum denominations do no longer evaluate homosexuality sin, they think approximately the sin to be in having a companion and the act. yet in the real worldwide your suitable it does look that they think approximately homosexuality to be the worst sin ever, they forget that each and all and sundry sin is sin, all sin effects in an analogous place. hi boss i'm ill on the instant won't be able to are available in whilst your no longer ill, a lie, a theft (ill time), no longer being concerned and respecting others, all from calling in, and that i understand who hasn't called in yet that ameliorations what, yet i'm specific in case you ask the haters you will pay attention, Oh it somewhat is distinctive, is it? prefer to %. divorce and remarriage aside, this checklist gets extremely long yet i think of i've got made the element. i think of homosexuality is especially used via distinctive communities to maintain ppl divided so as that those communities have a platform so ppl who prefer to stick to them have some thing to whinge approximately collectively.
