It depends on how serious your relationship is.. if you guys are casually dating then I say the man pays. If you are in a serious realtionship where you guys often go out to eat then she should offer to pay sometimes too. I am old fashioned and think that most times the man should pay, but at the same time, if a girl wants to be taken out more often then she should pick up the tab as well.

I dont no what your situation is specifically but my girl is way richer than me and she pays for/ buys everything. Truthfully I dont mind accepting presents and stuff because I know she can afford it and she like me as much as I like her. That was compleely useless to you probably, but I suppose what Im saying is is that you should only pay to the extent that you can pay and want to but not because you feel pressured by society or your girl (especially if your pressured by your girlfriend because that is a tell-tale sign of a user). So if you want to pay do, if you dont she should understand.

I almost never pay. It's not that I don't want to or can't afford it, but usually the guy just snaps it up--so I don't even know how much the bill is.

I pay just as often as my boyfriend does. We usually get take out and it just depends on who is going to go pick it up.

bro its easy he pays for some beers at the pub and ill play for dinner or the other way around
one day he pays for me when i dont have money and when he doesnt ill pay for him..

IN 3YRS ABOUT 10 OR 15 TIMES AND WE GO OUT A LOT. WE EAT OUT ABOUT 4 TIMES A WEEK. AND HE PAYS FOR EVERYTHING ELSE TOO.

Depends- if I invited I will usually pay.
If I was invited they usually pay.
If it's my close circle of friends, we go dutch, unless we are celebrating something--- birthday , promotion,etc.

A little more often than I'd like, usually more than he does. But I don't mind that much because I know one day he will be buying everything ;)
