Russian hangover soup! Uses pickles and pickle juice as a base.
And then grilled cheese & pickle sandwiches.
Salad made up of fresh sweet barely pickled cucumber, tomatoes, and red onions.
And then raclette, a French dish where a huge wedge of cheese is slowly melted and you scrape it off and eat with boiled baby potatoes, cocktail onions, and tiny pickles on toothpicks.
And then all the judges run to the loo with acid indigestion.

The main dish had mash potatoes with shredded pickle and lemon juice mixed in, it was delicious. and grilled salmon and yellow rice, plantains, green peppers and broccoli. I live Philadelphia, the place I went to is called mixto. really good Caribbean food, the plantains are delicious.
