yes, all of Gods created beings are created in His immage have free wills. I believe that the angels were created in the likenes of God, but in a place and for a purpose different that ours. They have abilities that we do not have now, but in the end we will have the opertunity to be judges over the angels, if not the ones at gods courts at least the one that have sinned against Him.
It's a complicated issue to explain for we in our limited experience, and knowledge, simply have not been given the complete picture. We see in part, we know in part. there is much more to be revealed, after Christ returns to claim His creation and begin His Messianic rule, as described in revelations.

of course all of his intelligent creatures have free will, Satan used his free will in an improper way which will cost him his life along with many other angels who also followed him, & he tricked Eve into eating the fruit humans have free will she knew that it was wrong to eat from the tree but she did anyway
(Genesis 3:1-5) . . . Now the serpent proved to be the most cautious of all the wild beasts of the field that Jehovah God had made. So it began to say to the woman: “Is it really so that God said YOU must not eat from every tree of the garden?” 2 At this the woman said to the serpent: “Of the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat. 3 But as for [eating] of the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden, God has said, ‘YOU must not eat from it, no, YOU must not touch it that YOU do not die.’” 4 At this the serpent said to the woman: “YOU positively will not die. 5 For God knows that in the very day of YOUR eating from it YOUR eyes are bound to be opened and YOU are bound to be like God, KNOWING good and bad.”

Yes. God's (former) Chief Angel, Lucifer, used his free will to become jealous of God and try to take His glory. God could have destroyed Lucifer right then and there, but the rest of the angels (even those who would have otherwise become demons) would have stayed loyal to God out of fear. God kept Lucifer alive as Satan to give us a choice (i.e. free will)

Good question. I am going to say yes because Satan allowed himself to become jealous of God and we know the rest of the story. I believe there are "fallen angels" all around us. Satan's little toadies.

I think they do have a certain amount of free will...after all some of them joined in with Satan when he fell from Heaven...but they have no Savior, no way to be redeemed,,so they will be thrown into the pit with Satan.

Yes. God's great gift of free agency for man is eternal in nature--never ending during or after mortality.
