There is this boy at my job who I really like. Yeah i talk to him, I flirt with him a little when I get the chance. When I am with him I feel comfterable around him and I am myself around him. Out of the job I text him to see what up with him of course he text back.
He is a really a nice guy, this year and last year when he left for vacation he brought a gift. What is he thinking about between me and him? What else can I do? Am I going too far?

Since the two of you are already communicating, just ask him what he really thinks about you as a person and then go on from there. This might turn into a more serious relationship or you may remain friends for a lifetime. Take one step at a time but never appear overly eager because that tends to push some guys away. Just let the topic come up naturally and relax. It seems like both of you are very nice people so no matter what comes of this situation life is full of good things that will cause you to "smile and enjoy". Good luck.

It seems like he likes you, though as a friend or a potential girlfriend I'm not sure.

When you flirt try casually touching his arm when you talk to emphasis a point, see how he reacts to this, if he sits back it's probably a no-go, but if he seems pleasantly surprised then its a good sign. Throwing in the occasional casual physical contact is a good way for testing the waters without setting yourself up for rejection, then if it seems like he likes you say something casual like, "I enjoy talking to you but we keep being interrupted by work, we should grab a coffee together a lunch one day if you'd like?"

Your nor really asking him out but you're giving him to opportunity to take it to that level if he's into you, or just letting you know that he just wants to be Friends without the rejection.

I'm sort of in this situation myself right now, the guy is always nice when he talks to me, he doesn't act like some guys do when they like you (staring or whatever) but I sometimes catch him watching me when he doesn't think I'm looking and whenever we are close (like I was showing him how to do something on the photocopier) he seems strangely nervous standing close to me like he's not sure what to say/do.

Do the same thing that all humans have done. Get him alone and get drunk together. Either something will happen or he will confess he has a crush on Lance Bass.

i am thinking you are special to him... as hard as it may be... let everything flow naturally... don't rush it.... and enjoy the feeling of being able to be yourself with someone and it doesn't run them off.... LOL
