It depends on your computer provider. For me i go to acer.com and download the driver from there.
You can also go to http://www.driverguide.com and download the driver you need from there. You need to sign up to download the drivers you want but it's for free =)
Just make sure you download the right driver for your computer because if you do then it could mess up your computer..

First, Tammy, you need to identify your soundcard before you download any drivers. They're not normally interchangeable.
If you have a 'named' brand computer, such as Dell, Acer, Hewlett Packard, etc. you can visit the website of the manufacturer and download the relevant driver(s).
If you don't have a 'named' brand of computer, click on the first link below to download Belarc Advisor. This is a free program which, when run, will give you a comprehensive breakdown of the hardware and software that make up your computer.
Then you can visit a site such as DriverGuide.com. You'll need to register before you can download any drivers, but this is free, and you won't be bothered by spam. I've been a member there for years, and I don't recall ever receiving an email from them. It truly is a wonderful site with, literally, hundreds of thousands of different drivers available for download.
If you need any further help, click on my avatar/photograph and send me an email. I'll do what I can to help you out.
Best of luck.
