If you've been with someone 2 yrs ago and you see that person again.that person tells you he/she still loves you and wants a relationship even though you live in different city(far).and you see that person is sending messages to other ppl like "I want to see you again" that definitely means its a lie???

It means that the person isn't mature, doesn't know what they want, and is playing the field just in case something with you doesn't work out, or even, perhaps, if it does work with you. If a person lives far away, and they aren't committed, they are going to date other people.

depends on the person, but lets take it from a positive prespective here:
Maybe he's seeing other people, trying to find "the one" or some girl that he likes to commit to (A.K.A: looking for long term relationship) and he decided consider you...and other girls at the same time to compare which one is more compatable with him
WHEN THIS IS NOT THE FACT : if he looks like he's only interested sexually (DUH!), i don't have to tell you what that means lol !
that's pretty much as simple as i can get. not everyone who sees many girls at the same time is a player (girls do it too, don't they) as he could be just trying to find someone special in a short time
