do chest exercises, they actually reduce breasts (see, breasts are just a layer of fat under the muscle, so all you need to do if work off this fat to get rid of them) theres a neat excersise to get fat off that spot specifically, http://www.blisslogik.com/en/products/fitnessblissbow/index.htm
and it really works!

If you gained weight when they went to DD's you may be able to reduce your breast a bit smaller by losing the weight you gained.
If you lose weight and don't lose in the breast (meaning you have more dense breast tissue instead of fatty tissue), the only choice is a breast reduction (that can be covered by insurance).
Contrary to what is said here, breasts are not ALL fat. There is a lot of dense breast tissue in there as well. If your breasts are mostly dense, you may actually NOT lose in the breast. If your breasts are more fatty, then you may lose in the breast.
Like I said, if you had gained weight and your breasts got larger, it more than likely losing that weight that will help you lose in the breast. But you'll never know until you try.

Whenever I lose weight my boobs go first. I wish they wouldnt but mine are only a B - C (depending on how fat I get) It builds up in my chest first. So I'd suggest the same as everyone else. Excercise and weight loss. Even if the rest of you doesnt need it, building up some muscle still might take some off your chest. Have you ever seen a female body builder with big boobs?

You don't mention if you are overweight. If you aren't overweight, I don't think anything you do will reduce them. If you are overweight, weight loss diet may help....excercise may make them appear larger or smaller because of muscle tone. Pregnancy does affect size, but double? Depends on person. A doctor is where you should get your advice.

if you're overweight, you can try to lose some pounds to reduce the size. But you're risking getting saggy breasts by doing that. There isn't much else you can do besides surgery.

You can not spot reduce (lose weight in just one area). You would need to diet and excersize to lose weight everywhere. The good news is, I heard that the breasts are the first place you lose it from and the last place to gain.

You should probably talk to your doctor (or gynocologist if your more comfotable) first, but in general when you loose weight, you should loose weight from your breasts as a lot of what makes up your breasts is fat and fatty tissue.

If you do get pregnant, they will enlarge but afterwards, they will reduce. As for the size, during pregnancy, they will not double.

Losing weight would probably help.
For some women, their breasts are the first place they gain weight.
