Flirting needs to be strategic. It really depends on the type of girl. It also depends on age and maturity to a large degree. We need a little more information before anyone is likely to help you out with this one.
All I can say, at this point, is to be genuine. Flirtation usually only works when there's an established element of trust and friendliness between two people.

There are many ways to flirt with girls. The best is using body language. Another factor is whether you are confident or shy. The following body language techniques are for mostly more confident guys. Other than that, just try your best. Glance at her alot. Hold her gaze for a while. Make friends with her friends and family. Talk to her alot. Be extra sweet and nice around her. And just be yourself. You'll know how to do it. You just need to get the hang of it.

its easy... just be interested in her ask her for likes, her hobbies, her passions, her dreams, her nightmares. Joke with her, make her laugh. If she is a classmate or coworker, tell her you had a weird dream and that she was in it, be vague, tell her you do not remember most it, see what type of reaction she has. Do not over do it, walk away once in while to let her think about what you just said to her. And the number one thing... always compliment her on her style of dress, dancing, singing, hair, anything.

if there is something she doesnt like about her self, tell her u like it, unless its like repulsive.

if u wanna aske her to chill with out making it seem like a date just say hey me and a couple/bunch
of other ppl r goin to a movie
if she says yes, the day of the movie text/call her and say ur gunna be a lil late and if she could save u a seat, that way ur gaurenteed to sit next to her

Tell her sweet things like she's beautiful and hott and sexy. Make jokes hinting to being together or liking her. Tell her how you would treat her if she was yours and how happy she would be with you.
