Yes I do wear a belt with shorts its very practical when you have kids and a big belly you dont have time to pull up your shorts. when your young and dumb and have nothing better to do then be COOL well you can afford to have your shorts hang loose. There comes a point when fashion is no longer a priority and practicality sinks in. That is a few minutes after hearing the POP>

Floral prints, doile colars, white socks showing, sneakers with a dress, giant bow in a baby's hair, bangs that look like they're trying to catch something - safe to say, church goers.
