Well let's see. About six years ago I found out that all regular sodas contain twelve teaspoons of sugar. All diet sodas contain no sugar just chemicals that screw up your internal system. About four years ago I read two articles one in Scientific American magazine and the other from the American Medical Associations journal and both said that drinking soda (because of the sugars and carbonation) is the major cause of osteoporosis in women a quite a few men. So, I haven't had a soda in quite some time as I want to stay as healthy as I can now that I am almost 60 years old.

You must live "up north"-it's soda in the south. My favorite is root beer followed by Coke (preferably from a fountain or can).
