I had to think long and hard before deciding to answer this question. But I guess you are not being flippant. So . . .

I have twice helped people to recover from trauma which resulted in powerful near death experiences.
I was present when my son died. Lucidly.
These experiences are greater than most people can possibly imagine.
There are very few people indeed who have any idea at all of how they will react in the moment of death.

well i will probably check i have my credit card, no just kidding.
the moment we reach death i believe we reach a point of ultimate truth where we begin to grasp more of the ultimate power and wisdom which asks us if we know ourselves(the person we really are, our true selves) IE-do i really know me as a person. I believe that when we are in the depths of dis-pare our intuition grows and we get to know a little more of our self's and like a whole host of life's' little mysteries where we have the opportunity to get to know a little more about our selves,Like building up list of opportunities where we have our very own built in personal profile.ie like if i have something which kind of goes BANG and i find myself in such a pickle i tended to react quite rapidly with a flare like angry storm, something happened to me recently where i did not react this way and i was a little bit more calmer so i suppose i can be quite an angry person but at the same time be more of a sensible person who sees logic sometimes. If we do not know ourselves at the point of death then reach for the credit card. sorry iam been cynical but i do hope it can be blissful.

Question- if a tree falls in a forest and we are not there does it make a sound?

Ideally, it must be peaceful and accepting. It should be just letting go an old dress. What makes death unacceptable other than the physical pain contribution is the emotional attachment, especially if you adhere to the belief there are people who will be left behind depending on you.

When I pray I won't mine anytime I would be evicted from my body for as long my children's life are in good hands.

Peace and love.

I am a really flawed human being (and a Christian) so I think I will be a bit afraid. There are so many good things I could have done but didn't. Mistakes (sins) I have made. I know that God loves me just the way I am but I have really let him down in so many areas. I will just continue to do the best I can do and hope for the best when I die.

the only factor which no one by no capacity encountered in our existence time. there could be simulated adventure yet no longer precisely dying. Its my very own adventure, the very 2nd of feeling for the survival is the reason for the phobia of dying, i attempted sort of cases to interrupt that worry yet whilst the region arises without word the urge to be alive is going up and up subsequently ending up with extra worry, acceptance of dying by theoretically wont help us to stability the organic and organic modifications going on whilst the unexpected subject arises, extremely some the time the physique is out of our administration and facilitates itself and stress us to paintings interior the different way. could be that's the reason for the yogis have been suggested to have extra administration over on the physique. i would be incorrect. sorry.

I will be consumed,
only to do a summer-salt,
back into the inconceivable.
I will be a great shock at first;
then the knowing of ourself.

A Prayer Before Dying

When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.
