Live right off 605 FWY in Norwalk, CA. Can I take METRO to LAX? Traveling solo and do not want to burden someone for a ride. Any tips on public transportation to LAX is helpful. THANKS!

you can just board the Green line for direct service to the Aviation station
cost is $1.25 o.w then when you arrive at the Aviation station
you board a free LAX shuttle bus into Lax itself

Yes, you're in luck. Simply take the Green Line Metro from the Norwalk Station and get off at Aviation Blvd station. From the west end of the platform you board the free "G" Shuttle into LAX. Couldn't be any easier. The Metro fare is $1.25 each way.

I know that the green line Metro train goes from Norwalk to and area a few blocks from LAX.... not sure if it actually stops at the airport. But if you get off at the Mariposa/Nash station, there are cabs there and it will only cost like 5 bucks to get to LAX.

I work at LAX. Get on the green line and go all the way to the Aviation station. Get off and they have a free shuttle that will take you to the airport. Departure level is on the upper level and arrivals are on the lower level. Anymore questions contact me at.... kingsleydr60@yahoo.com

from where you live , jump on the gold line, runs along the freeway, then take it to the stop nearest the airport, i forget the name, just ask or read the map on the train, then you will either walk or take a bus , shuttle, cab to your airline, its easier than it sounds.
