Being 5'2", it is considered to be obese. But wait!! There is a solution. First you need to find out your BMI to see how much fat content there is. Then, you need to get rid of that extra fat by excercising atleast 3 times a week for 30 min a day. Since it is difficult for any obese person to excercise, I suggest swimming. It tones the entire body and it is not difficult. Consult with your physician about what to do and how to do it. God is with you and Good Luck!
