I'm a single guy, non-military, and from personal experiance.....I looove wartime!! I've gotten lucky more since the Iraq war than ever before. Army wives get crazy when the soldiers are away. It's great for sleazy guys like me. No strings hookups. They still love the hubbies, but when the grunts away the wife will play. Lets invade Iran next

What a cool memory, West-Pac Widows...
Spent some time in Coronado Ca. in the late 70s/early 80s and I gotta tell you.... well, I can't tell you here.
Thing is, it's nothing new... I understand that during WWII there were plenty of non-paternity events involving wives of deployed troops. Then in Korea, Vietnam, GWI... it's the way things are, and no biggie.
Don't dwell on it 'cause there's nothing you can do about it. She either fools around when you're gone or she doesn't.
PS: if you want to make sure she fools around on you while you're gone, accuse her of it when she's not. She'll figure if she's gonna take the heat then she may as well take the m***... :-)

Wives's should make their husbands wear the equivalent version while they are deployed! When they get a hard on they will scream bloody murder and the wives will hear it all the way home! Especially those cherry marines!

Deployed soldiers cheat, too. Either way, it's wrong; and too many people try to find ways to justify irresponsible and unfaithful behavior. If you wanted to act like an immature teenager you shouldn't have gotten married; that's the realm of responsible adults.

Son...monogamy is a dying thing of the past, a sort of social and cultural dinosaur, so to speak. men and women have widened their cheating horizons on the Net so much that it makes it 10000x easier to cheat now, and both genders are.

we called them "West-Pac" widows when i was in the Navy.Truth is the sailors whose wives cheated on them were better off without them.On the flip side,I knew many sailors who had to spend an extra week on board ship after returning to port to allow those antibiotics to do their job.
