The grill is so versatile, I don't think I can pick a favorite. I like simple though if I'm cooking so probably BBQ Chicken or a steak, maybe Salmon if I'm up for fish.

Bokonon's Stuffed Jalapenos............

I really shouldn't share this but its sooo good.

you will need:
1 pack of cheapest thin bacon.
1 cup plain Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pound large gulf shrimp
10 huge jalapenos
1 package skewers

Start by soaking the skewers in water if they are bamboo. Microwave bacon till it is 3/4 done. About 5 minutes. Shell shrimp

1. clean, de-seed and cut jalapenos in half
2. fill half jalapeno with spoon-full of Philly
3. place shrimp on cream cheese
4. wrap with bacon.
5. put on skewer
6. grill for about 8-15 minute depending on the size of shrimp.

Note: The shrimp cooks alot faster than the bacon so if you don't microwave it, you will over cook your shrimp. They are not hot at all as long as you de-seed the jalapenos. I have experimented with different sauces and I like to coat them with an orange-ginger glaze before I put them on the grill. With or without sauce they are great even with cheap BBQ sauce. Its crazy..

I love burgers- I made two thin patties and put swiss cheese and jalapeno peppers inside. All skewers are good. I love mushrooms and mushrooms on the grill are amazing! But I think the grill shows off bbq ribs the best.

I like to use skewers. You can put chicken, shrimp, beef, potatoes & veggies, etc. on them & mix it up with different sauces. If you have people over or a big family each person can choose what they like & have different items on their desginated skewer. It's kinda fun for summer cause you can have the whole meal on the grill & makes it easy.

I hand cut fresh pork loin chops about 2" thick, they are great on the grill with a little pork rub and BBQ sauce.
