I have them on the most random places on my body (mostly legs though), and I just don't want to be overrun by them! They're ugly. So what is the most effective way to 1. Get rid of or lessen the visibility of the ones I have? and 2. Prevent more? (I've heard drinking water helps prevent more, but I drink A LOT of water, and it doesn't do ****.)

And I realize make-up can help make them not visible, but I don't mean that. I mean a real, actual way of getting rid of them.

some surgeons can these days remove them with laser therapy. this is considered a cosmetic procedure and insurance will not pay for it. there is no prevention, good luck
