For the last month I've had abdominal and stomach discomfort and some abdominal cramps (usually followed by trip to the bathroom). I've also hag light dizzy spells and weakness. Just last week I had a blood test - everything fine - and consulted with a MD, who found nothing. This morning while on the toilet I almost passed out, dizzy and weak. My stool by the way was on the soft side, but not diarrhea. Afterwards I had a sharp headache for a minute or two - now I'm okay. Tomorrow I'm going to a gastroenterologist, but I want your feedback too. What's up do you think is going on?

gastroenterologist sounds like a good idea, a few more tests probably and keep yourself well hydrated, sounds like you are not keeping up with the fluids, good luck
