How much are you allowed to import into ireland from the USA (Ipod/Camera/Clothers etc)?

Dont bother declaring, you'll get away with it, I did.

You can import as much as you want. The more you inport the higher the duty and taxes. A lot of times they won't even look at you and you don't have to pay any duty at all. but if you don't declare your imports and they catch you they will fine you etc.
