i think it depends on how you feel about yourself and how you come accross to other people. if you are comfortable and content in your own skin, and be true to yourself wherever you can, then you truly shine. even an average person to look at can become beautiful.and okay so maybe you can tell if a girl is hot physically if she gets alot of attention from guys/ compliments / envy but that judgement is based on physical appearance. give it a while and then decide when you get to know the personality.

Well you know you are a hot babe if you have completed your college degree and you know you can make it in life on your own. You know you are a hot babe if you can go to the store and choose a dress that fits and doesn't reveal too much because you don't need some immature guy looking at your boobs drooling because he is not ready to leave his mommy yet. You know you are a hot babe when you understand that people aren't supposed to back stab each other or make others unhappy over unreasonable stuff anymore. ( in other words.. teenage hood gets left behind you and you are.. you ARE your OWN woman and your priorities are set righteously )

I'm a hot babe every day I work. Lots of physical labor involved and I sweat like horse. In fact, I smell like a sweaty horse by the end of the day.
