Please help anyone! I have posted questions on this before.

My solicitors are telling me all that can be done is get a certificate of satisfaction for a mistake that they made, that resulted in a judgement against me (they basically didn’t pay on time, after a car accident). I want to see if there is SOMETHING/ANYTHING that can be done, to make them go through the painful process of reversing this judgement.

They are telling me nothing can be done. My credit rating file now has this, and I’m willing to go to any length to get it removed.

Any legal brains – help!!!!!

go to the court where ccj was issued and ask for form that will allow you to ask for the summons to be SET ASIDE. this will not cancel it but will put it on hold if it is granted for up to 28 days ..you will have to go to see a judge, most of which are helpful to see if they will set it aside,if they agree you then have to put forward your defence within 28 days(basically you are sort of on trial again) if you want then go to citizens advice who if they think you have a chance then ask them for a list of solicitors who will give you free advice as to how to go about everything hope this helps, good luck

The only thing you can do is try to find another solicitors that will take on the original ones in a malpractice case. Not an easy task either.

You could go to the papers and give them as much bad publicity as possible. Maybe then they would discover that something can be done. You would have to make sure everything printed was true and validated though.
