If you weigh yourself with clothes on is it true you subtract 3 pounds because of the clothes?

it depends...if youre wearing shorts and a tee and flip flops, your gonna subrtract less than if youre wearing jeans and a sweatshirt and tennis shoes.

if you just ate you should also subrtarct weight. but how much you subtract depends on how much and what you ate.


you should weigh yourself in the morning bafore you eat without clothes on. thats gonna be the most accurate

U do that only after u eat like in the middle or end of the day. Your true weight is at the begginng of the day when u havent ate anything or drank and water..

i thought your head weighed 8lb's.... hmm, maybe only if yuor smart b/c your brain is bigger. lol j/k, but seriously i thought your head really was 8lb's. but yeah weight yourself in the morn w/ out eating and w/ out clothes on. digital scales are best also.
