Nope. Remember to use sunscreen on areas that don't usually see the sun!

I think it is only bad idea if you are not happy with how you look naked. It is actually kind of socially liberating to be naked when everyone else is also naked. No status awareness or class consciousness is possible in such a situation.
The only status possible in this situation is one, how good does your body look naked, and two, how uninhibited and subsequently free of embarrasement or self-consciousness are you? You can have the latter even if you don't have the former. Here's a free tip for you if you go: don't stare! This goes for both sexes. It is very bad form to stare at people who are at clothing-free beaches. It is OK to look, but just be nonchalant about it, like you were already looking in that direction anyway. I call it the 5 second rule. You can politely look for 5 seconds but don't linger, and above all do not get too excited (for obvious reasons :) One more tip: sometimes people bring the whole family, and there could be underage kids without their clothes on. Do not even look at them for 5 seconds. If you can't help but look, just pass your gaze over them as if they were fully clothed. This no-staring ettiquette is the most important factor in not getting beat to a naked bloody pulp by an angry mother or father.

The main problem with clothing-optional or clothing-free (nude) beaches is all those clothing people lurking around looking at you. It's creepy.
Other than that, you may have a problem as a male controlling your reaction to a beautiful body (male or female, depending on your orientation), but there will be enough ordinary bodies to distract you if that happens.
Try it. You will find there is nothing like being able to walk or swim without clothes, although sunburn in unusual places can be a consequence.

Yes, it's a very bad idea. It's sick. It's just a quick way for people to "fulfill their desires." Nude beaches are full of terrible temptations, ones that you'll most likely seriously regret if you give in. Only you and your spouse should know what each other looks like underneath. That's the way it should be. So just contain yourself, you'll be glad you did. And what makes you think that you have to go to a nude beach in order for someone to like you? Every single person in the entire world has at least a couple of great inner qualities, including you. You don't need to take it all off in order to impress someone! I'd rather see people on the inside than the outside, that way you know who they really are. Don't be fooled and don't be stupid. God bless.

It depends on your comfort level. there is nothing wrong with nude beaches,. Many people are nudist. However if you are going to just eye up what is there it is not recommended that you go,. If you are going just to have a good time and be nude than by all means go and enjoy your self.

Why would it be a bad idea? ive never been to one but id guess it would be interesting and fun, as long as there arnt a bunch of perves running around pinching your butt lol. But if your comfortable with your body it would be nice to be in a place that everyone else is comfy too

It's doesn't seem like a bad idea to go any place where there are free clothes.

Yes, because perverts hang out there to gawk at you.
At a nude beach near my home, three men were just arrested for doing something inappropriate. So be careful.

when I lived in EU I got used to it...I never saw or heard of any problems with pervs or such...remember legalized prostitution LOWERS sex crimes and on nude or clothing optional beaches the culture is not about sex but about enjoying real freedom and not being ashamed of one's own body as the dominant religions seem to advocate
