I myself am a huge "grazer" I eat a lot of fruit & veggies as snacks, baby carrots, snap peas, grape tomatoes, grapes, berries, peaches. I also love the Flat Earth veggie & fruit chips, quaker ranch rice cakes, popcorn, whole grain crackers, dark chocolate, blue diamond nut thins & string cheese. These are all small snacks with low fat & low calories.

As for your overall diet try to cut down on your calories, eat lean protein, and whole grains - bread is not bad, so long as it is whole grain & high in fiber, also eat your veggies & drink lots of water. Also lean calcium products such as yogurt, low fat milk & cheese fill up up with low calories & high nutrition content. Cut out saturated & monosaturated fats & excess sugar

It is best to eat 1200-1500 calories per day, if you eat less than this your metabilism will slow down, making it harder to lose weight. NO fast food. don't drink empty calories, stick to water, low cal juices (I mix 100% juice w/25% water to lower calories) & low fat milk. no soft drinks (diet or regular)
no eating unless you are hungery.

Most of the time people mistake their hunger pains for being hungry, but in reality, it's dehydration their experiencing. Drink water all day long. Also, try eating every two to three hours. Not full on meals, but maybe three light snacks and then breakfast, lunch and dinner. So, say you eat breakfast at 8:00 am, eat a snack at 10:00 or 11:00, then lunch at 1:00, snack at 3:00, dinner at 6:00, snack at 8:00. And drink a lot of water.

Drink water , Usually when your are hungry between meals it is actually thirst ... try it and see if it helps you otherwise I would maybe change how often you eat you should eat every 2-3 hours really very small meals such as a handful of raisins/nuts, a piece of fruit/ veggie or a granola bar are all great mini meals/snacks. Remember that eating more and smaller meals is actually healthier that 3 reg/lge size meals .
Hope this helps

Water! Fruit is a "free" snack, which would be perfect. However, I never have time to cut up fruit, nor do I like it anyway. I usually eat reduced fat wheat thins or reduced fat granola bars. With water, they keep you from piggin out and running to Wendy's as soon as you get out of work! Good luck.

Best thing I've found: mix a soluble fiber powder with water. Fiber is filling and the powders have very little calories/carbs. It makes you feel like you ate a meal without actually needing to eat. Plus, it helps keep you regular!

I use acacia fiber powder.

maybe your meals are not sufficient in calories or food content. between meal snacks should be either protein based or vegetables as they have the least effect on blood sugar and insulin levels. controlling insulin is the key to losing body fat and gaining muscle mass

i get cravings when i'm bored or just thirsty. can you drink some water? get some fidget toys, like those stress reducer squeezie things? have some music playing softly in the background? take a quick walk around the office or stretch? what are you specifically craving?

well...Celery is the most amazing food in the world

You burn MORE calaries trying to eat the stuff than it actually gives you, that is if you eat it plain with no dressing

So celery is a weight losing food, eat all you want because you just lose weight when eating it
