no, that's okay for people who are 4'10-5'1 at your height you should be 120lbs. min. you are 16lbs underweight remember food is not your enemy at most point if you eat right and exercise right there's no point for anorexia also what do you perfer to be healthy, fit, and happy or thin with health issues like bone lose and when your body doesn't have enough good fat it will start eating your tissues from your body like muscle
good luck and i hope you take this serious you don't want to die do you? enjoy your life God give it to you to life, love, and relax he also said it isn't going to be easy at times and we can get through anything with the lord so pray if you need help to forget about dealing with food the devil wants you to keep thinking about it because he wants to worst for you but there is a God who loves you more than anything and wants the best for you but it's up to you to chose a side

Hi Julie,

I am in the process of recovering (again) from my 7 year battle with anorexia and bulimia and I tend to have the same behavior. I am going to be honest with you and tell you that this "love" you feel is normal and this is why:

First of all, no, it is not healthy. I think we both know that, but it's really hard to redirect our attention. Our eating disorders have been such a big part of our lives, our security, our success, our consistency, our everything, basically. And I will state again that it is not healthy.

Having heard that you have been rehabilitated, I will not fail to say that relapse is very common and that seems to be where your behavior is coming from. Maybe something in your life is not going the way you need it go right now, or maybe someone is neglecting you in some way and you are going back to your old behaviors in order to fill that emptiness that has just opened up inside of you.

So, it is not healthy and to the people on the outside looking into the world of eating disorders, it's not normal. But your "love" for anorexia IS normal for us who have lived with it for so long. It's become the only part of us we have found we can love, BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THAT WAY FOREVER.

The dividing line comes in allowing this "love" to take over your life again. Give up your earned health for this disease that will, eventually, kill you.

Countless times, I have been rehabilitated and relapsed and I hope the same thing doesn't happen to you. Sit down with your parents or someone you can trust and tell how you feel and what exactly is going on.

I send my best wishes and share my hopes that you can find a way to get that healthy medium and find peace with yourself.

Hyl

No hun its not. I don't really think your recovered if you still love anorexia because you shouldn't, its a deadly disease and your still underweight. I think you should see a Doctor or something and get better because you sound kinda confused to me.

2000 is seen the "standard" for the quantity a woman could soak up each day, without her top or weight considered. 2000 could be slightly lots for somebody on the shorter section in the event that they have been attempting to maintain or loose weight, yet on the grounds which you decide directly to benefit, that's advantageous. in actuality, you may even have some wiggle room for slightly extra. of direction, i could ask your healthcare expert, too.
