the diet that you follow determines the extent of the physical results of exercise. exercise only provides the stimulus to the muscles and to the central nervous system. the diet ultimately determines the size and body composition. the healthier your diet the faster you will see results from regular exercise.

It depends on how long and the calories burned. If you run regularly every morning and follow a healthy diet you will lose weight. I run about 30 minutes 3 days a week and burn over 400 calories. I usually run on an incline!!
