Two-A-Day

a recent study that I read proved that you burn more fat if you workout-rest-workout rather than workout all at once

What is the purpose of the training? If you are just looking to burn calories then it doesn't matter how you break down the exercise the total is the same. If you are training to race, then it depends on the type of work out, how hard you are running, and the weather. If you are a distance runner, you can break the day into 2 sometimes, but you will still need to do long days of just one time rather than 2 shorter work outs in one day. If you are running very hard it requires a longer time to recover before you can train again, so on those days you should not be running again later in the day.

Both are good. By doing all the miles at once you develop better aerobic shape. It'll greatly increase your stamina. However, when running longer distances, people to run slower. By breaking up the run into 2 runs, you can run each of the two runs at a faster pace. Therefore, it's wise to incorporate both long single runs and shorter faster runs into your training. Plan on doing a long single run every week. Or, break up a run into a relatively shorter and relatively longer run. Don't break it up 50/50.

It's better to run a two-a-day because you're continually working your body in light loads instead of one heavy run. It puts less strain on your body if you run a two-a-day than if you ran all the miles in one workout. Also, you'll feel less tired because you don't waste as much energy, so you still have energy to do other stuff afterwards.

When you run two-a-day's you can get more rest between the runs. With doing all the mileage at one time, there is no rest. I perfer to do it at one time, but its really just a choice for you to make on your own.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?q2do

A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.

He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

It really depends on your training purpose. I prefer running it all in one workout so you have more recovery time.
