What are the advantages of using H-Frame structures?

There are 15 classes of wood poles from the lowest class 10 to the highest class H6. The poles are classified simply by the horizontal load they carry. The H class poles (starting with H1) carry loads of 5,400 pounds up to 11,400 pounds (H6).

The only 'advantage' is they can carry more weight (more transformers, more inulators, heavier cross members, etc,).
