Idk. But, what I do know, if you could possibly try to get that loan, from a friend or a family member. Even, if you write up a statement, saying how much you would like to borrow, and when you would be giving it back, get it in writing and then sign it.

Cash Advances, What ever they charge, I am sure it is off the hook.
