Lidell is probably the only one I would go with. There are certain stereotypes associated with unusual names, particularly racial ones, and regardless of how far we've come, the world is still not a friendly place. Aside from that, as the spellings are rather difficult, it may take your child longer to learn how to spell his or her name.
If you want to give your child an uncommon name, try choosing something that people have heard and can pronounce but is less likely to make your child feel singled out when the teacher can't even say it.

I agree with your brother. Don't saddle a child with a name so unusual that people will forever be misspelling and mispronouncing it. Lidell is not so bad but sounds redneck. The others are just awful. Yoquisha sounds like some kind of squid. Find something that is at least melodic.

Like everyone said, your child will be looked upon as ghetto. I'd avoid any name that ends with "eesha." Also, the mispronunciations are horrid when you have such an unusual name. Just give the kid a nice unique middle name and stick with something simple for the first.

Those names are definately unusual. The only names I would pick from that list are: Lidell (for boy) and Shaquinda (for girl).

Those do seem like randomly strung together sounds. I think people will joke that your child is from the ghetto. Perhaps make your unique names a little more simple:
Dell, Jarty, Quinda (Kynda), Keesha, Nella, or something else that is unique, but not so weird.

yeah, if i went to school with some kid like that, i'd make fun of him.
parqwell - fart smell
jarteel - jar jar (the annoying starwars guy)
hyleek - you reek
rysteef - the queef
and those girl names.... oh god.... those are so made up and stereotypical its beyond funny, people will stereotype the kid just reading the name.
pick an unusual name, but not those, they're just too over the top. you might as well name your kid "target".

You are sentencing your child to a lifetime of failure. Didn't you read the study on ghetto names and how they perpetuate non success in careers.

did u never get called a goofy nickname when you were a kid? the wilder the name, the worse the nick.
i have a pretty usual name, but even the mildest, cutest forms of anyone changing it made me feel awkward. so please, be very careful what you name your baby!

abort the kid and spare them the embarrassment of having you as a parent.
