This is R&S. What did you expect when you came here? We are representatives of the population as a whole. What goes on here is just an imitation of real life.

I'm Christian, and I don't hate Atheists! I have Atheist friends. I don't agree with what they believe, but I don't hate them! I think people are prone to hate Christians. It's sad.

I'm going with Nature on this one: I'm a Buddhist Yogini, steering well clear of this one.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

Religion is a mental disease that must be wiped out. Especially since it is causing aeroplanes to fly into skyscrapers, creationism to be taught in science class, infringements on rights, and it is factoring far too much into the decision making processes of most electorates. We atheists are also affected by religion as we live on the same planet as religious people do (sadly). That is why we have to speak out.

If you were sitting in a room full of people saying "two added to two is five", would you not want to correct them?

What's the problem?

Hmm, let's see. Only that the Christians seek to make America a theocracy. Nothing big. Good point you have there.

One group insists that their beliefs be legislated. The other tries to prevent this.

Get used to it.
