Hmm A good cuddle up on the couch, lights out, candles lit kind of a movie. Good Romantic Comedies are good. One of my favorite movies has always been. An American President with Michael Douglas and Annete Benning.

The Notebook is the best romantic film out there right now. You can't help but get close during/after that one.

How about a Cary Grant film? One of those old Hitchcock films? Great for couples.

ok, think that the lad has to sit through it as well and what kinda lad he is. notebook, walk to remember etc are all good girly films but i dont think many lads would appreciate it. wimbledon is quite good for both. erm, gross point blank, how to loose a guy in ten days (actually, most men will love that film!). armageddon, independence day etc.

Casablanca is my favorite movie of all time. It has action and drama that the guys like and it has romance for the girls. It's funny, witty, gritty, and a little before it's time in regards to politics in movies.
My pick.
