Depends on how nice you can be. Also, one thing that waitresses don't get, is that you need to keep the alchohol coming. If you don't let a guy's beer mug get empty and get him good and lit, he's likely to leave a bigger tip. Good luck....oh and remember it's Hooters, so show the girls off. No one comes for the wings.

Probably as much as if she were working a reputable job as a waitress in a family restaurant, with the exception that at Hooters, people would grope you like a piece of meat and think are a brainless boob (pun intended).

my friend at work used to do drink serving at a strip club in las vegas. she told me the tips could be over $1000 a week.
work at this and you can also get some good tips.
