I am rather sleepy to continue this discourse. It's almost 1 am . However I shall continued what I have started tomorrow.
But before I says "Cheerio!" I will like to give my putting shot:

LIFE is NOW.
We dwell in the past or project ourselves into the future, because we cannot face the reality of NOW.
By the way "NOW" is also the continuum of God still, in-dwelling Presence before Creation -from eternity to eternity and even outside of eternity. When we live in His Presence, beholding Him in stillness and fully awareness of the reality of Now (Now is Eternal) - Yesterday is a vanished dream; tomorrow the "never-never" land which never comes into existence. There is no time but Now. Time passes Now, as the stream over the rock.
Now is the terrifying reality of the watchful eternity.
Now is to live in the Light of the Holy Presence
Now is forever; Now is not at the end of the road miles ahead in time
A thousand years is but a second to the "sleeping beasts" - whereas one second is

..a thousand years in NOW !
Will you forsake your "nowness," dreaming of those yester-years and tomorrows which are not, and can never be ?

Goodnight !

This is a very powerful concept that many (self included) cannot grasp... I can see it, but can I experience it? No. Not yet.

The difference between the past and the future is that the past DID exist, at one time; however, the future has not existed and can be altered by turning right instead of left (metaphorically speaking)
My great grandfather existed in the past
My grand children have not existed YET.
Now is existing now.
My great grandfather is not a fantasy of the mind, he was real, as was his "time" here while existing.
My grandchildren are infact a "fantasy" as they are not real YET!

Neither the past nor the future exist, but I would say that only the future is a fantasy - the past is something with a real and valid influence on our minds.

if the past doesn't exist, where did our memories come from? a place that doesn't exist? if so , then our present reality is based on a fictitious set of data... if the future is not real, then we're going to a place that isn't there...so what are we doing with our time???spending it on a dream that isn't ever going to come...sad...sad..i prefer to accept time as something to apprehend..for brief moments... to have past, present, and future as one...that would be...divine.

The moment of past is part of what caused the present moment to arise... whether one clings to it or has aversions is another matter entirely, and THAT is where ego comes in.

You are correct! There is only this moment, this second which is the Now we each exist within.

COngratulations fellow enlightened one; there is no time, no space, I am nothing and something and everything. All is one, one is all, all was, all is, all will be, and such questions of "Time" and "space" are meaningless concepts.

This moment here and now. That's all there is. What you are saying is true.
