Photoshop can be use for free as a trial, you can go to, I found the best one sofar is picasa. is eazy to use and has the basic capabilities to get the job done.

Nope, Photoshop is not free. You could try gimp. It is a full featured graphics editor, and it is free. http://www.gimp.com

Paint .NET is freeware that works like Photoshop.
