What's GOD...GOD is GOLD with a missing "L" in this sociaty now
and lots of people is calling for the help of "GOD" which infact its "GOLD".
why am i typing it in capital letters - capital letters show how important he is to people - GOLD

Everything we know about God is documented in the bible. I would suggest that you start there. I personally like the teachings of Jesus, a Jewish Rabbi (teacher in Hebrew).
You will find in Exodus that God told Moses his name: YHWY (a Hebrew name written in Latin letters.) When you say God or Allah, you are talking about YHWY. We used a capital letter as a proper noun like New York.

THe christian god is something noone can even fathom to understand, because there is a very good chance that his/her/it's existence has been in conflict for generations, and thus, probably isn't real.

It's in capital letters because GOD is the ruler of the world, he can do what he wants, but he loves us and chooses not to smite us all down, even though we deserve it, and for that, I am thankful. That, and GOD is his name. That's like making your name in lowercase letters. Makes you feel kind of, um, I don't know, un-loved? I know it would make me feel that way if someone just jotted my name down without having the courtesy to capitalize it.

It grew out of a respectful custom started by the Jews who always wrote YHWH and LORD. It was carried into the Christian bible.
It is not WHAT is GOD it is WHO is God. I can name 76 synonyms, names, titles and analogies for God found in the bible. Isaiah said God is a spirit and those who worship Him worship him in Spirit and in Truth.

Its hard for people to pray with the mind.... i mean...they need something to focus on so they made up the god thing n every1 started to believe..
god is nothing bt a result of our imagination n to whom people blindly believe in.
